Just like the list of the best young strikers in FM 20, we are going to review the best talents in FM on the basis of statistical values and indices of potential, present in the database of the new edition.

Evaluation Method

The evaluation method chosen to build the list of the best young talents in Football Manager 2021 was created following 2 basic rules:

Only players with a maximum age of 20 years at the start of the season, i.e. July 2020, are considered.
Only players with a potential skill index greater than or equal to 150 (>=150 PA) are considered

The third place is occupied by the Italian Sebastiano Esposito, a young striker from the Inter team of Antonio Conte, charismatic Italian coach of international fame.
